Tai Chi & QiGong Classes
Next course starts March 2012

@ YogaAnanda Reigate
What differentiates TaijiQuan from other systems
and has made it both legendary and popular world wide
is its emphasis on the development of
special internal movements and forces.
A century ago TaijiQuan was a Martial Art, these forces were used for fighting, and the arena of combat was the testing laboratory in which these internal systems were discovered, understood, developed and improved.
However, in a stressful modern world most people have enough fighting to do just to survive. Fortunately, these forces can also be used for self-healing and indeed, with training, for the healing of others.
Paul Brewer has been studying and teaching Taiji for over 27 years. In these classes he will teach you how to Activate the Dantian,
the core of the internal energy system, how to
Develop Internal Force Movements,
and how to use these forces, combined with
Mental Concentration
to expel sick, stale, stagnant and
Negative Qi
from your body.
This can bring swift and profound changes.
The classes will be an entertaining but challenging mixture of stretching, meditation, practical exercises, philosophy, information transmission,
vibration and
spontaneous movement work.
Simple techniques for clearing negative Qi willl be taught in order to assist their healing processes.
